RETURNS/REFUND

We do not offer any refunds, all sales are final.

Items can be exchanged after 30 days,from purchase date.

SHIPPING AND COSTS

To estimate shipping and tax fees, select province and zip code upon checkout. Nineteen Ninety One is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
